The products sold on Akua Adforce are digital: an article, link, piece of content or ad space published on a website. There is no physical shipping; "delivery" means that the seller reports from the dashboard that the service has been provided. This page explains the steps of delivery and which periods apply.
Order Steps
- 1. Payment: Card payments are processed right after approval; for bank transfer/EFT the order is passed to the seller once our team has checked and confirmed the payment.
- 2. Seller acceptance: The seller starts work by accepting the order ("start work"). The default time allowed for acceptance is 48 hours.
- 3. Delivery: The seller publishes the content or link and reports the delivery from the dashboard. A delivery can include a proof link, a file and a note. After acceptance the default time allowed for delivery is 48 hours.
- 4. Buyer confirmation: The buyer confirms the delivery, requests a revision or disputes it. If no action is taken within 48 hours of delivery, the order is completed automatically.
- 5. Completion and earnings: When the order is completed, the seller's earnings become withdrawable balance after the waiting period of the seller's plan.
Delivery by Product Type
Sponsored articles and content writing: The buyer provides the required information and content during the order, or the content is prepared if a writing service is chosen. Files in the delivery record stay accessible for a limited time: by default 30 days for the seller on sponsored articles and 30 days for the buyer on content writing. Footer links and backlink packages: Delivery is made by reporting the address(es) where the link is published; these addresses are tracked in the "My Backlinks" section. Ad spaces: The service lasts for the ordered period, and a further 7-day grace period applies after it ends.
The periods come from the platform settings and may change; the period shown on the order screen and in emails applies.
Revisions
After a delivery is reported, the buyer can request a revision with a note before confirming. When a revision is requested, automatic completion stops, the order returns to the in-progress state and the seller is given a new period to deliver again.
When Periods Are Exceeded
If a seller exceeds the acceptance or delivery period, our team sees this in the admin panel and reviews the order when needed. For quality problems with a delivery, see the dispute and refund policy.
Notifications
Dashboard notifications and emails are sent to the parties at stages such as payment confirmation, new order, delivery, confirmation, dispute and the moment earnings reach the balance. After an order is completed, the buyer is asked a short time later to leave a review.
Important Notes
- The effect of a link on search rankings is not guaranteed.
- Sellers and buyers should keep their conversation on the platform, because it can be used as evidence in a dispute.
